Mark Wyche is a San Francisco Bay Area-based eCommerce professional, world traveler, photographer, design and automotive enthusiast. He became interested in cars early in his childhood, and wanted to become a race car driver. Mark also developed an interest in photography during his childhood; more out of a fascination with cameras and how they worked than producing images.
When he was in middle school, Mark discovered his curiosity about the world. Several years into his professional career, Mark rediscovered his childhood interests and began pursuing them.
From his training at several world class racing circuits, Mark has learned the importance of discipline, preparation, and accountability. In his travels around the world, Mark has learned the importance of patience, discovered what is really important in life, and that people all across the world have far more in common than they have differences.
Mark feels that it was a great privilege to be able to explore the world. From his unique experiences, he feels that it is an obligation to tell the story of the world through his own eyes. This story is My Dream Is How I Got There – a memoir of Mark’s two-year world travel adventure.
Join Mark on his journey to discover new places, share in memorable encounters with strangers, be part of once-in-a-lifetime, and sometimes crazy adventures, and see how he evolves. These stories all come from the pages of his travel journals, his camera and from several great memories.
Mark hopes to create wonder and inspiration through the stories and images he shares. He believes that dreams are important, and in the power of dreams.
